Join us and be part of something extraordinary.   We’re seeking future team member for our Execution Services, Markets Operations with role located in Singapore.   In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: * Serve as subject matter expert for the day-to-day operations of a Middle Office FX Overlay and FX Trade Support Operations team. * Responsible for owning assigned client relationships, engaging with clients daily. * Ensure work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards. * Drive efficiencies in the daily environment – look to deploy AI, Digital Tools and automation initiatives on a consistent basis. * Constantly identify opportunities for workflow improvement and operational efficiency, with a goal to reduce manual touchpoints and ongoing capacity creation. * Ensure procedures are properly documented. * Responsible for publication and reporting of client KPIs to clients and showcasing these results in periodic service reviews. * Partner with the Change team to assist in the deployment of change initiatives. * Ensure that the key middle office controls are performed daily such as trade validation and life cycle maintenance. * Analyze and resolve exception, evaluate and escalate risk items to management and business partners. * Provide support to business and technology managers. Handle complex client inquiries and requests. Identify, investigate, and resolve escalated and/or complex problems in client accounts or company records.   To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: * Bachelors degree, mutual fund industry background preferred. * 2-5 years of technical experience preferred. * Experience in FX Overlay, Fund Accounting or the mutual fund industry strongly preferred. * Proven track record in implementing change. * Proficiency with digital tools and foundational knowledge of AI mandatory. * Flexible with cross training with other teams. * Some coverage of public holidays will be required. * Fluency in Japanese speaking is preferred
