We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Processing Oversight to join our UK Transfer Agency team. This role is located in Manchester, UK . In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: * Conduct oversight of work processed in our operational processing centers to ensure all client service standards are met/exceeded. This work may include transaction processing, records maintenance, payments, reconciliations and other processes for Transfer Agency. * Investigate and resolve day-to-day operational queries, issues, and incidents and analyze data to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement * Ensure all work is processed in line with clients’ regulatory requirements including CASS, COLL, COBS, DISP, GDPR and Consumer Duty as applicable * Develop and maintain procedures, guidelines, and checklists for Transfer Agency To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: * Combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the responsibilities of the role. A bachelor's degree may be beneficial, but not necessarily required. * 3-5 years of total work experience preferred but we will consider less experienced candidates. * Experience in a financial services operational area and/or client services preferred. * Willingness to develop personal skills in AI/Digital Tools preferred.
