This role provides hands-on support for our electronic health record (EHR), practice management, and clinical applications. You’ll work closely with clinical teams to ensure technology enhances—rather than hinders—patient care. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, improving systems, and supporting healthcare professionals in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.   Key Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for application-related support across EHR, PMS, and other clinical systems. * Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, coordinating with the IT team and external vendors as needed. * Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access settings for clinical applications. * Provide timely support to staff during clinic hours and participate in on-call rotation as needed. * Collaborate with operations and care teams to optimize system workflows and ensure efficient use of clinical applications. * Assist in implementing and maintaining downtime protocols and system configurations. * Coordinate upgrades, testing, and integration of new features or modules. * Deliver end-user training and create educational resources to promote user confidence and consistency. * Maintain accurate tracking of Tapestry-provided devices, including distribution and repairs. * Support organization-wide technology initiatives, including data migrations, new site openings, and workflow improvements. * Perform other related duties as assigned.   Qualifications: Education & Experience * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related field preferred. * At least two years of experience supporting healthcare or clinical applications (EHR, PMS, or related). * Experience with AthenaOne or other major EHRs strongly preferred. * Prior experience working in a healthcare, FQHC, or ambulatory care environment preferred.   Skills & Competencies * Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical language for non-technical users. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows environments. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. * Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in healthcare technology.   Additional Requirements * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between Tapestry 360 Health locations. * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. * Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends during system upgrades or rollouts.   Salary and Benefits: * Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $48,000 to $65,000, based on experience and qualifications. * Benefits: Tapestry 360 Health offers comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, paid time off, professional development opportunities, and eligibility for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.   Tapestry 360 Health is committed to equitable and transparent pay practices. In accordance with the Illinois Pay Transparency Act, we are disclosing the full salary range for this position. This range represents the potential compensation for the role based on experience, tenure, and performance over time.   Most new employees can expect an initial offer within the lower portion of the range, reflecting factors such as prior experience, internal equity, and organizational budget. Salary progression is evaluated regularly to support professional growth and retention.
