About the role: The Clinical HCP Contract Specialist is responsible for managing contracts for all Clinical Consultant Services and Committees on a global scale. Geographies: US, EMEA, APAC, CANADA, LATAM. Your Responsibilities will include: Analyze incoming requests (either via e-mail and/or Intake Form) and advise Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs) on Good Clinical Practices; Oversight of the contract management process: ensure an overall consistent management of the contracts throughout the studies, the related committees, the HCPs compensation and the geographies; Generate contracts, among others for Steering Committees, Clinical Events Committees, Data Safety Monitors Boards, Study Advisory Boards, Coordinating PIs; Independent Data Reviewers etc.; Able to work cross functionally: build up a strong US and OUS network with BSC's internal and external partners. Stakeholders: Clinical CTMs, Field Engineers, Clinical Management, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Health Care Providers and Hospital/Institutions, Country Business Support Teams; Develop standards for contracts to ensure accurate texts and wording in collaboration with Legal Counsels, tailored to clinical needs (including terms, services, and compensation aligned with Fair Market Value), particularly in the OUS regions (EMEA, APAC, Canada, LATAM); Draft US agreements using the Salesforce/ENGAGE HCP platform; Identify contract renewal needs throughout an appropriate tracker: track expiration dates for all consulting contracts and initiate renewal process as necessary; Ensure Compliance with organizational policies and follow country laws & regulations; Document interactions via Compliance Desktop; Ensure document management and appropriate handling of the contracts: signatures by all parties, distribution and filing of the signed documents and collected forms, e-mails documenting legal, Compliance decisions); Guide CTMs through the payment process (COS US, Invoice EMEA); Handle day-to-day questions/issues; Handle & review translations in native languages. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in law or equivalent; or 2 years' experience in an equivalent field within healthcare environment and/or Clinical Research. English level: B2+: 80-89% Specific Skills: Legal & Compliance knowledge in the Healthcare/Medical Devices industry; Show flexibility and adaptability in navigating and complying with varying regulations across different countries; Analytical approach to contract requests and existing agreements; Drafting/editing Agreements; Attention to detail; Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills through cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners.
