Utilise high levels of interpersonal and communication skills to provide and receive complex and often highly sensitive information, in order to analyse and act on own interpretation of the assessed clinical situation and provide effective, public health intervention and/or where appropriate, refer on to specialist services. Where appropriate, to act as a lead health professional for children under the multi-agency Youth Justice and Exploitation Service (YJES) to provide expert specialist advice, training and support within Oxfordshire on health issues. To take the lead in developing and planning health practice within this multi-agency team. Work as an autonomous practitioner, managing a clinical caseload of children alongside other service demands, while ensuring timescales and key performance indicators are met including making judgements where situations are complex and fast changing
