1. Ensure the delivery of quality pharmaceutical services to Alcohol and Other Drugs service (AODs).
2. Lead in the development of improvements in the safety and quality of medication services.
3. Initiate and manage projects, programs or investigations at a local or regional level.
4. Contribute to research and undertake quality evaluation at program and/or professional network level.
5. Provide input to Departmental and AODs policies, guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures.
6. Promote professional development opportunities and contribute to training packages.
7. Actively contribute to Northern Territory Workforce innovation and initiate reform as it relates to professional service.
8. Follow defined service quality standards, work health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to
   ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
9. Foster a positive workplace culture through exemplary leadership practices and role modelling behaviour.
