Job Description What you will do Be responsible for commission revenues across 17 markets in Delivery Hero Design, champion, and own the end-to-end commission and take rate strategy for the food vertical. This includes defining floors, ceilings, tiers, and dynamic commission structures that optimize restaurants acquisition, engagement, and long-term profitability across all 17 markets. Institute best-in-class governance frameworks and robust project management methodology for the change management and deployment of all commercial policies across the 17-market cluster. Develop and own sophisticated financial models to simulate the P&L impact of new pricing policies. Translate complex market requirements into clear, compliant, and scalable commercial policies.
