REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Degree from any recognized University.
  • Minimum 2- 5 years’ experience in life insurance industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Proactive, meticulous and good communication skills
  • Strong sense of customer centricity
  • Positive attitude and attention to details
  • Good organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
Responsibilities
  • Providing operational support in the areas of Compensation
  • Premium discount arrangement and billing process
  • Execute Bancassurance compensation monthly accrual
  • Execute monthly commission reconciliation
  • Provide Distribute tracking and monthly reports to bank partners
  • Document and maintain SOP for Bancassurance Department
  • Execute month-end closing process
  • Support and reply to daily email inquiry from Internal stakeholders & multi distribution channels
  • Support system enhancements User Acceptance Testing. This will include defining the scope of system enhancement, preparing user requirements and test plans.
  • Any other ad hoc compensation assignments/projects and job scopes relocation if required
