Job Title: Specialist/Consultant Acute Medicine SearchPlus HR is looking for a highly qualified Specialist/Consultant in Acute Medicine to join our dynamic medical team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing exemplary care to patients presenting with acute medical conditions. You will utilize your clinical expertise to lead patient management efforts, ensuring efficient and effective healthcare delivery in acute settings. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients who require immediate medical attention. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the latest clinical guidelines. Manage comprehensive care for patients in emergency departments and inpatient units. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes. Instruct and guide junior medical staff and participate in educational programs. Engage in quality assurance and performance improvement activities. Stay abreast of advancements in acute medicine to inform practice and patient care strategies. Medical degree and completion of residency in Acute Medicine or relevant specialty. At least 5 years of clinical experience in acute or emergency care settings. Board certification in Acute Medicine or equivalent required. Strong diagnostic and clinical management skills. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
