As a Specialist/Consultant, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing patients with complex heart rhythm disorders. Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed electrophysiological evaluations, performing catheter ablation procedures, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans. This role offers you the chance to work in a dynamic environment that prioritizes innovative approaches to cardiac care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients presenting with arrhythmias Perform electrophysiological studies and interpret findings to determine treatment options Execute catheter ablation procedures and other interventional strategies Work with a multidisciplinary team to design individualized patient care plans Stay informed about the latest advancements in cardiac electrophysiology and integrate this knowledge into practice Medical degree (MD or DO) with an active state license Board certification in Cardiac Electrophysiology is required Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and managing cardiac rhythm disorders Expertise in performing electrophysiology studies and catheter-based interventions Strong collaboration and communication skills Attention to detail with strong analytical problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare environment Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
