In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide variety of conditions that affect the colon, rectum, and anus, providing critical surgical interventions to improve patients' health and quality of life. Your expertise will be essential in performing advanced surgical procedures, developing and implementing effective treatment plans, as well as providing comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that prioritizes patient-centered care, ensuring every individual receives the highest standard of medical service. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with colorectal disorders Perform a variety of surgical procedures including but not limited to colectomies, pelvic floor surgeries, and laparoscopic interventions Create and execute individualized treatment plans based on the latest medical guidelines Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options and expected outcomes Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to healthcare policies and regulations Stay updated on advancements in colorectal surgery and actively participate in continuing education Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical process Medical degree with a valid license to practice as a Colon and Rectal Surgeon Completion of a residency program in Colon and Rectal Surgery Fellowship training in a relevant subspecialty is preferred Demonstrated experience in performing colorectal surgical procedures Comprehensive knowledge of colorectal disease management and surgical techniques Exceptional diagnostic and clinical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and multidisciplinary teams Commitment to high-quality patient care and adherence to ethical practices Tendency to be detail-oriented and organized in clinical practices A passion for continuing professional development and educational growth Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment Working Time is Full Time. Salary is AED 55K TO AED 90K (Specialist, Consultant).
