Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose patients presenting with a variety of colorectal conditions Conduct both traditional and minimally invasive surgical procedures as needed Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs Offer pre-operative evaluations and post-operative care to ensure optimal recovery Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures and recovery processes Work closely with nurses, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive patient care Maintain detailed and accurate medical records and documentation Participate in ongoing education and professional development activities Uphold the highest standards of medical ethics and patient care Medical degree with an active license to practice as a Colon and Rectal Surgeon Completion of residency in Colon and Rectal Surgery Fellowship training in a related subspecialty is preferred Significant experience in performing various colorectal surgeries Solid understanding of surgical techniques and post-operative care Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient care Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary medical team Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Commitment to continuing education and staying updated on medical advancements Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Working Time is Full Time. Salary is AED 55K TO AED 90K (Specialist, Consultant).
