Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and diagnose endodontic issues with precision. Develop effective, patient-centered treatment plans based on thorough assessments. Perform root canal treatments, endodontic surgeries, and retreatments, ensuring optimal outcomes. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools such as digital radiography and 3D imaging. Explain treatment options and procedures to patients, ensuring they are informed and comfortable. Collaborate with general dentists to provide holistic and coordinated care. Maintain meticulous records of patient treatments, progress, and care plans. Stay current on endodontic best practices through professional development and education. Adhere to ethical guidelines and ensure a high standard of patient care. Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) with a specialty in Endodontics. A current dental license and board certification in Endodontics. Demonstrated clinical expertise in performing a range of endodontic procedures. Proficient in the application of modern endodontic technologies and techniques. Strong analytical and diagnostic skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for effective patient interactions. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Detail-oriented and organized with the capacity to manage multiple cases efficiently. Commitment to ongoing education and professional development in the field of endodontics.
