Our ideal candidate will be committed to providing excellent healthcare services to patients of all ages while focusing on preventative care and the management of chronic conditions. In this role, you will conduct thorough examinations, formulate treatment plans, and engage in health education with patients and their families. Your expertise will play a critical role in improving health outcomes and fostering a supportive healthcare environment. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive medical evaluations and detailed assessments of patients Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on patient needs Administer preventive care, including immunizations and routine screenings Provide health education and counseling to patients and families Document patient care accurately and maintain confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care MD (Doctor of Medicine) or DO (Doctor of Osteopathy) with valid medical license Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program Demonstrated experience in patient care within a family medicine practice Strong knowledge of healthcare principles and patient management Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient-focused approach to healthcare Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting Commitment to lifelong learning and staying current with medical best practices Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
