Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose patients requiring blood transfusions, ensuring appropriate clinical management Supervise the blood transfusion process, ensuring adherence to safety standards and best practices Collaborate with medical teams to create individualized treatment plans for transfusion patients Educate patients and their families on transfusion procedures, risks, and care post-transfusion Conduct regular quality assurance audits to adhere to transfusion protocols and regulations Remain informed regarding advancements and best practices in transfusion medicine Maintain meticulous medical records and documentation as per healthcare guidelines Engage in professional development and continuing education in the field of transfusion medicine Medical degree with a valid license to practice as a General Practitioner Specialization or fellowship in Transfusion Medicine is highly desirable Demonstrated experience in managing transfusion medicine and patient care In-depth knowledge of blood transfusion protocols, safety measures, and clinical practices Exceptional clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients and teams Ability to work cohesively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality patient care and safety Engagement in continuous learning and professional growth Ability to thrive in fast-paced medical settings Working Time is Full Time. Salary is AED 55K TO AED 90K (Specialist, Consultant).
