SearchPlus HR is actively seeking a highly qualified Specialist/Consultant Hand Surgeon to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. This role is essential for providing expert care and treatment to patients experiencing a range of hand and upper extremity disorders. You will apply your specialized skills to improve patient outcomes and enhance their quality of life. The Specialist/Consultant Hand Surgeon will focus on both surgical and non-surgical approaches, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and rehabilitation for patients. Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed evaluations and diagnoses of hand, wrist, and forearm conditions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, utilizing state-of-the-art surgical techniques as applicable Carry out complex surgical procedures aimed at repairing and improving hand functionality Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care Educate patients and their families on the treatment process, expected outcomes, and rehabilitation protocols Participate in ongoing education and research to stay informed about advancements in hand surgery Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) with completion of an Orthopedic Surgery or General Surgery residency Fellowship training in Hand Surgery is required Board certification or eligibility in Hand Surgery is preferred In-depth experience in diagnosing and treating hand and upper extremity conditions Proven surgical proficiency, including advanced techniques and minimally invasive procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interactions and collaboration Strong organizational abilities to manage a high-volume surgical practice Commitment to high standards of patient care and continuous personal growth in the field of surgery Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
