SearchPlus HR, a leader in healthcare recruitment, is searching for a talented Specialist/Consultant in Intensive Care to enhance our network of healthcare professionals. In this vital role, you will provide critical care to patients with severe medical conditions, playing a key role in their recovery and overall health management. As a Specialist/Consultant in Intensive Care, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing evidence-based treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care. Your expertise will ensure that critically ill patients receive timely and effective interventions while you also support their families through difficult periods. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans for ICU patients. Monitor and evaluate patients’ vital signs and overall conditions continuously. Implement advanced therapeutic procedures and administer necessary medications. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care. Educate patients and their families about treatment options, care processes, and expected outcomes. Remain current on the latest advancements in critical care medicine and apply best practices in the ICU. Requirements Medical degree with a specialization in Critical Care Medicine, Anesthesiology, or a related field. Board certification in Critical Care Medicine is highly desirable. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Intensive Care Unit or comparable setting. Strong proficiency in managing high-acuity patients and handling complex cases. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and support patients. Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure efficient case management. Dedication to professional growth and continuous education in intensive care practices.
