SearchPlus HR, a leading recruitment agency in the healthcare field, is seeking a highly qualified Specialist/Consultant in Intensive Care to enhance our network of dedicated healthcare professionals. This position focuses on delivering exceptional care to critically ill patients, playing a vital role in their treatment and recovery. As a Specialist/Consultant in Intensive Care, you will be responsible for performing thorough patient assessments, designing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care. Your expertise will be essential in managing complex cases and providing critical interventions in high-pressure situations. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of patients enrolled in the Intensive Care Unit. Develop and execute tailored treatment plans based on clinical guidelines and patient needs. Monitor and analyze patient vital signs and clinical responses to treatments. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals in the ICU. Engage in education for patients and families regarding treatment processes and expected outcomes. Stay updated on advancements and best practices in critical care medicine. Requirements Medical degree with a specialization in Critical Care Medicine, Anesthesiology, or a related field. Board certification in Critical Care Medicine is strongly preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Intensive Care Unit or similar high-acuity setting. Deep knowledge of advanced medical procedures and critical care protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and healthcare teams. Strong decision-making abilities, particularly in high-stress environments. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills in case management. A passion for continuous learning and professional development in intensive care practices.
