SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly skilled Specialist/Consultant in Pain Medicine to join our dynamic team. This position is essential for providing comprehensive care to patients dealing with complex pain conditions. Primary Duties: Conduct detailed assessments to identify the underlying causes of patients' pain conditions. Develop and implement individualized pain management plans, incorporating both non-invasive and interventional approaches. Perform advanced pain management procedures, including injections and other therapeutic interventions. Monitor patients' progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families about pain management techniques, therapeutic options, and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care. Medical degree (MD or DO) with a valid and unrestricted medical license. Completed residency training in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine, or a related field. Board certification in Pain Medicine is preferred. Significant experience in the diagnosis and management of pain conditions. Strong expertise in various pain assessment tools and treatment methodologies. Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on patient education and engagement. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
