SearchPlus HR is excited to recruit a Specialist/Consultant in Pain Medicine. This pivotal position requires a highly skilled healthcare professional dedicated to diagnosing and managing a range of acute and chronic pain disorders. In this role, you will work closely with patients to create tailored treatment plans that utilize both medical and interventional approaches, ensuring holistic and effective pain management. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed evaluations to understand the complexity of patients' pain conditions. Develop personalized management plans that may include pharmacotherapy, physical therapy, and procedural interventions. Perform interventional procedures such as nerve blocks and injections to alleviate pain. Continuously monitor treatment outcomes and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize patient care. Educate and empower patients and their families regarding pain management techniques and lifestyle adjustments. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Medical degree (MD or DO) with a valid and unrestricted medical license. Completion of residency in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, or related specialty. Board certification in Pain Medicine is highly desirable. A minimum of [X years] experience in pain management preferred. In-depth knowledge of pain assessment tools and management techniques. Exceptional communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care. Ability to thrive in a team-based, collaborative environment.
