SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a Specialist/Consultant in Pain Medicine to join our dedicated healthcare team. This role focuses on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients who are experiencing acute and chronic pain. You will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized pain management strategies, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including pharmacological and interventional approaches. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess pain conditions and medical histories. Create individualized treatment plans that include medication management and interventional procedures. Administer and oversee advanced pain management techniques, including nerve blocks and injection therapies. Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed for optimal results. Educate patients and their families about pain management options, resources, and self-care techniques. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care. Medical degree (MD or DO) with an active and unrestricted medical license. Completion of residency training in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine, or a related specialty. Board certification in Pain Medicine is highly preferred. A minimum of [X years] experience in pain management or related fields. Strong clinical skills with an ability to assess and manage complex pain conditions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate and engage patients. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
