SearchPlus HR is looking for a talented Specialist/Consultant in Pediatric Dentistry to join our esteemed team dedicated to enhancing children's oral health. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with young patients, helping them maintain healthy smiles while fostering a positive relationship with dental care. In the role of Specialist/Consultant Pediatric Dentist, you will diagnose and treat a variety of dental issues specific to infants, children, and teenagers. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding families on the importance of oral hygiene and preventive care, ensuring that every child leaves with a confident smile. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of pediatric patients to assess oral health Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for dental issues Perform a variety of dental procedures including preventive care, restorations, and extractions Apply child-friendly techniques to ensure comfort during dental procedures Educate children and their families about oral hygiene and dental care best practices Monitor and guide the dental development of children Collaborate with other health professionals to provide comprehensive care Engage in ongoing education and training in pediatric dentistry Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree Completion of a residency program in Pediatric Dentistry and board certification Current dental license to practice in the relevant state Proven experience treating pediatric patients and a strong understanding of their dental needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in engaging with children Demonstrated ability to create a positive and supportive dental environment Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ethical practice Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team Desire for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with advancements in pediatric dentistry Salary + Additional Benefits
