This position is ideal for a dynamic professional committed to delivering high-quality surgical care to children. As a Pediatric Surgeon, you will work closely with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of surgical conditions. Your expertise will be integral in crafting tailored surgical solutions that prioritize the health and recovery of our young patients. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate pediatric patients to determine surgical necessity and options. Perform advanced surgical procedures with precision and best practices. Manage preoperative and postoperative care to ensure positive outcomes. Educate patients and families about procedures, recovery plans, and health maintenance. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care. Participate in ongoing education, training, and research to stay abreast of industry developments. Requirements: MD or equivalent with a valid license to practice as a Pediatric Surgeon. Completed residency in General Surgery followed by a fellowship in Pediatric Surgery. In-depth experience in pediatric surgical practice. Strong clinical judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children and their families. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
