SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated and skilled Specialist/Consultant Pediatric Surgeon to join our team. In this crucial role, you will provide specialized surgical care to children and adolescents, handling a variety of conditions ranging from congenital anomalies to traumatic injuries. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose pediatric patients requiring surgical intervention. Perform surgical procedures with precision, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients. Manage postoperative care, monitoring recovery and addressing any complications. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing support and answering questions regarding surgical procedures. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care. Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to research initiatives in pediatric surgery. Qualifications: Medical Doctor (MD) or equivalent with a valid license to practice as a Pediatric Surgeon. Completion of residency and fellowship training in Pediatric Surgery. Proven experience in pediatric surgical procedures and a strong clinical background. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly with children and their families.
