This role requires a highly skilled and compassionate professional to join our dedicated healthcare team, providing exceptional surgical care to infants, children, and adolescents. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed pre-operative assessments and diagnosis for pediatric patients. Perform a wide range of surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to high standards of safety and ethics. Manage post-operative care and rehabilitation, monitoring recovery and addressing any complications that arise. Communicate effectively with children and their families regarding treatment options, surgical processes, and post-operative care. Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide holistic and continuous care. Engage in ongoing education and research to stay informed on the latest developments in pediatric surgery. Qualifications Required: Medical Doctor (MD) degree with specialization in Pediatric Surgery. Completion of a residency in General Surgery and a fellowship in Pediatric Surgery. Current and valid medical license to practice as a Pediatric Surgeon. Demonstrated experience in pediatric surgical practice with a strong record of patient outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and families. Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
