SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist/Consultant Pediatric Surgeon to join our esteemed healthcare team. This vital role involves providing surgical care to infants, children, and adolescents, addressing a variety of congenital and acquired conditions. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate pediatric patients to determine the need for surgical intervention. Plan and execute a range of surgical procedures with precision and care. Monitor patients before and after surgery to ensure optimal recovery and manage complications. Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients' families regarding surgical options, risks, and post-operative care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and develop comprehensive treatment plans. Engage in continuous education and keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in pediatric surgery. Qualifications Required: Medical Doctor (MD) or equivalent degree, with a valid license to practice as a Pediatric Surgeon. Completion of a Pediatric Surgery fellowship. Demonstrated surgical expertise and experience in pediatric surgical procedures. Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on patient and family engagement. Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients.
