We are currently seeking a Specialist/Consultant Registered Nurse to join our network. In this role, you will apply your clinical expertise and nursing skills to deliver high-quality care in various healthcare settings. The Specialist/Consultant Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing assessments, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based practices. You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and ensure the highest standards of care. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough assessments of patients’ health status and care needs. Develop and implement tailored nursing care plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and nursing protocols. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as necessary. Provide patient education on health management, treatment options, and wellness strategies. Support patients and their families emotionally and physically throughout the care process. Stay current with nursing best practices and participate in continuous professional development. Requirements Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a specialized area Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills Commitment to patient advocacy and providing compassionate care Benefits: - 30 Days Annual Leave (Paid). - Annual Air Fare - Medical Insurance for self & family as per the UAE Labor Law.
