SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated Specialist/Consultant Restorative Dentist to join our esteemed dental practice. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive restorative dental care, focusing on patient-centered treatment while utilizing cutting-edge techniques. You will collaborate with a skilled team to improve the dental health of our community, ensuring a positive experience for all patients. Primary Responsibilities: Assess patients’ dental conditions thoroughly through clinical evaluations and diagnostic imaging. Create and implement tailored restorative treatment plans based on individual patient needs. Perform a wide range of restorative procedures, including crowns, bridges, dentures, and implants. Advise patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative measures to maintain optimal health. Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with industry standards. Collaborate effectively with dental hygienists, assistants, and other specialists to ensure coordinated care. Qualifications: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution. Board certification or specialization in restorative dentistry preferred. Valid dental license in the applicable region. Minimum of 3 years of experience in restorative dental care. Proven expertise in dental restoration procedures and patient care. Excellent communication skills with a passion for patient education. Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
