SearchPlus HR is excited to announce an opening for a Specialist/Consultant Restorative Dentist. This vital position involves delivering top-tier restorative dental care, utilizing the latest techniques and practices to enhance patient outcomes. You will be responsible for diagnosing dental issues, creating and executing effective treatment plans, and guiding patients in maintaining optimal oral health. Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed evaluations of patients’ dental health and develop tailored restoration protocols. Execute a range of restorative procedures including, but not limited to, implants, crowns, fillings, and bridges. Engage with patients to provide education on dental hygiene and preventative care. Work alongside a dynamic team of dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain meticulous records of patient treatments and progress in line with legal and ethical standards. Qualifications: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school. Specialization or advanced training in restorative dentistry. Current dental license valid in your practice area. A minimum of 3 years of experience in restorative dental practice. Demonstrated proficiency in advanced restorative procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
