SearchPlus HR is actively recruiting a Specialist/Consultant Rheumatologist to join our growing team. In this vital role, you will deliver expert diagnosis and management of rheumatic conditions, including but not limited to arthritis, lupus, and other autoimmune diseases. Your core responsibilities will revolve around providing thorough evaluations, interpreting diagnostic tests, and customizing treatment plans that enhance the quality of life for our patients. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and medical histories to establish a clear diagnosis. Diagnose and initiate treatment for a wide range of rheumatic disorders in accordance with best clinical practices. Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory tests to support clinical decision-making. Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies. Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient management. Regularly assess treatment efficacy and modify care plans based on patient progress. Engage in continuing medical education to stay updated on the latest research and innovations in rheumatology. Maintain meticulous documentation of patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Medical degree with appropriate licensure to practice as a Rheumatologist. Completion of residency training in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Rheumatology. Board certification or in the process of obtaining board certification in Rheumatology. Significant experience in diagnosing and treating rheumatic diseases. Strong analytical and clinical problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and healthcare providers. Ability to function well in collaborative, multidisciplinary team settings. Dedication to providing high-quality patient-centered care. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities. A passion for continued learning and engagement with advancements in the field of rheumatology. Working Time is Full Time. Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K Benefits are Good Monthly Salary + Incentives + Standard family benefits like accommodation, Air ticket, Medical insurance, and Education allowance
