SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Specialist/Consultant Rheumatologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to diagnose and treat a variety of rheumatic conditions, including arthritis, lupus, and other autoimmune disorders, making a significant impact on patients' quality of life. Your responsibilities will include performing comprehensive patient evaluations, interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing tailored treatment strategies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations. Diagnose and treat a wide range of rheumatic diseases in accordance with best practices. Order and interpret necessary diagnostic tests, including imaging and laboratory tests. Create personalized treatment plans that incorporate both medical therapy and lifestyle modifications. Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in rheumatology. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records as per regulatory standards. Medical degree with appropriate licensure to practice as a Rheumatologist. Completion of residency in Internal Medicine and Fellowship training in Rheumatology. Board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology. Significant hands-on experience in diagnosing and managing rheumatic diseases. Strong clinical evaluation and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Detail-oriented and organized, with good time management skills. Enthusiasm for ongoing learning and research in the field of rheumatology. Working Time is Full Time.
