SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly skilled Specialist/Consultant Rheumatologist to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will be instrumental in diagnosing and managing a variety of rheumatic conditions, including arthritis, lupus, and other autoimmune disorders. As a Specialist/Consultant Rheumatologist, your responsibilities will encompass performing detailed evaluations, interpreting diagnostic tests, and creating personalized treatment plans designed to improve patient outcomes. Your expertise and compassionate approach will be key in delivering high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and gather medical histories to inform diagnoses. Diagnose and treat a range of rheumatic diseases using evidence-based clinical practices. Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging studies. Develop tailored treatment plans that may include medication, lifestyle recommendations, and therapeutic interventions. Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care for patients. Monitor and assess the efficacy of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments. Engage in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with advancements in the field of rheumatology. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Medical degree with a valid license to practice as a Rheumatologist. Completion of a residency in Internal Medicine followed by a fellowship in Rheumatology. Board certification or eligibility in Rheumatology is preferred. Proven experience in diagnosing and managing rheumatic diseases. Strong clinical evaluation and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with patients and healthcare teams. Ability to deliver patient-centered care within a collaborative setting. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Willingness to engage in research and stay informed about the latest rheumatology practices and treatments. A commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in patient care. Working Time is Full Time. Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K Benefits are Good Monthly Salary + Incentives + Standard family benefits like accommodation, Air ticket, Medical insurance, and Education allowance
