As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide expert care for patients suffering from a variety of spinal disorders. Your strong surgical skills and in-depth knowledge will play a crucial role in diagnosing, treating, and managing spinal conditions to enhance patient well-being. In this role, you will perform intricate surgical procedures, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and ensure excellent post-operative care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Assess and diagnose patients with spine-related issues through thorough examinations, history-taking, and imaging studies. Perform a range of surgical procedures regarding the spine, including complex cases and routine surgeries. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient. Oversee both pre-operative and post-operative care, monitoring patients for complications and promoting recovery. Engage with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients throughout their treatment journey. Educate patients and their families about surgical procedures, recovery expectations, and rehabilitation. Maintain high standards of documentation and patient records throughout the treatment process. Participate in continuing medical education and keep abreast of the latest advancements in the field of spine surgery. Medical degree (MD or DO) and an unrestricted medical license Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurological Surgery with a specialization in Spine Surgery Extensive experience in spinal surgery and management of post-operative care Strong knowledge of spinal anatomy, pathology, and surgery techniques Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage patients and their families Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Dedication to providing high-quality patient care and adhering to ethical standards Willingness to participate in research and ongoing education opportunities Able to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, handling multiple priorities efficiently Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
