Position Overview SearchPlus HR is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Specialist / Consultant in Stroke Medicine to join our esteemed team. This role requires a deep commitment to providing high-quality care to patients with stroke and cerebrovascular disorders. You will be at the forefront of patient evaluation, treatment planning, and management, while also playing a pivotal role in educating patients and engaging in clinical research initiatives. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients presenting with stroke symptoms. Develop and implement detailed management plans tailored to individual patient needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate optimal patient care. Perform diagnostic procedures and interpret results to guide treatment decisions. Educate patients and their families on stroke prevention, treatment options, and recovery strategies. Engage in clinical research to advance the field of stroke medicine and contribute to evidence-based practices. Train and mentor junior medical staff and allied health professionals. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to clinical guidelines and protocols. Possession of a medical degree from an accredited institution. Board certification in Stroke Medicine or related specialty is mandatory. Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and treating stroke patients. Strong clinical acumen and decision-making skills. Excellent communication abilities, both with patients and healthcare teams. Commitment to continuous education and staying abreast of advancements in stroke care. Research experience and publication history in the field is a significant advantage.
