Effectively assist or lead operationalizing day-to-day retail media networks program via a relentless focus on executing campaigns via strong reporting, documentation, insights mining Support Identifying, exploring, and defining growth roadmap for our retail media networks program, both via enhancing existing work and exploring new opportunities Support Paid Media team's collaboration with Analytics, Measurement, MarTech, Media Enablement, and Media Ops teams to build a framework and narrative around return on each retail media network investment and have a path towards high fidelity signaling and targeting Assist in managing paid media agency day-to-day operations in support of Consumer Marketing initiatives Collaborate closely with Brand and Integrated Marketing teams to ensure top quality and on-time creative delivery, execution, and iterative testing cadence Partner with Privacy, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to source and evaluate external opportunities for enhancing media program, including MarTech and measurement capabilities Leverage data-driven approach to analyze and drive campaign optimizations alongside Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Martech teams Support owning paid media customer journey through landing page and app store testing to drive higher conversion rates Champion changes to operational efficiencies, identifying cross-functional solutions to streamline media workflows Contributes to partner media relationships across all retail media networks Drive media learning agendas at the channel and publisher level through the lens of audience, creative, format, and tactical testing Stays updated with the latest industry trends and identifies new opportunities to drive optimal campaign performance 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. 4+ years experience in digital marketing; experience in Retail Media Networks, Programmatic Display preferred 2+ years experience in working cross-functionally with Analytics/MarTech teams 2+ years experience working cross functionally with Creative teams, including writing briefs, providing creative feedback, and proper creative handoff processing between Creative, Media, and Partner teams Proven ability to develop and implement effective paid media strategies aligned with core business objectives Strong organizational and project management skills when being across multiple workstreams and ability to use these tools to manage and communicate effectively to stakeholders and leaders Operate autonomously to deliver results and self-starter who naturally becomes a resourceful addition to the team and who knows when/how to escalate risks or blockers when necessary Ability to identify priorities and self-manage workflows Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to draw out actionable insights and make data-backed decisions Experience in managing an agency team, including planning, prioritization, and guidance Strong track record of working with external vendors and internal partners, e.g. media and creative agencies Comfortable with communicating and pitching growth opportunities to leadership and stakeholders Thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and ad platforms Understanding of the financial services, financial tech, and payments industry / ecosystem a plus Naturally curious and dive-head-first learner, able to navigate the discomfort of learning new channels and technologies by relying on frameworks and simplicity Strongly resonate and aim to manifest our company-wide leadership principles in all work and interactions: Work Customer Back, Win Together, and Put People First Bachelor's Degree required
