The Specialist: Content Marketing (Americas) will help drive engagement and demand across the Americas region. This role is essential in creating and distributing high-impact, value-driven content that supports the buyer journey, enhances brand authority, and fuels pipeline generation within the ERP space.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • 3+ years of B2B content marketing experience, ideally in technology or ERP/SaaS environments
  • Experience working with CMS platforms and a solid understanding of SEO principles
  • Strong writer and storyteller who can translate complex topics into compelling content tailored for various personas and industry verticals.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple content workflows in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ERP concepts, business applications, and technical buyer personas
Responsibilities
  • Develop and contribute to a content roadmap aligned with regional business goals, buyer personas, and campaign priorities.
  • Create and adapt high-quality content assets (e.g., whitepapers, blogs, case studies) tailored to specific industries, personas, and regional nuances.
  • Collaborate with SEO and web teams to ensure content is optimized for search visibility, user experience, and conversion performance.
  • Partner with marketing teams to produce content that supports all stages of the buyer journey, including gated and non-gated assets for lead nurturing.
  • Source and craft compelling customer stories and thought leadership pieces that reinforce brand positioning and industry credibility.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and use insights to refine topics, formats, and distribution strategies for maximum impact.
  • Work closely with demand generation, product marketing, sales, and the digital/web teams to ensure your content drives measurable outcomes.
