Do you want to contribute to this?   As a Content Producer at Pearson Benelux, you work in a dynamic environment on high-quality print and e-learning products for higher education. Our portfolio consists of international educational bestsellers and locally developed products, which we continuously update together with teachers and authors. This way, you ensure that our learning resources optimally align with the practice of education.   What will you do as a Content Producer?  ·       You coordinate the entire editorial and production process of our learning resources: from manuscript to publication, both digitally and in print.   You select and assess submitted material and monitor the quality of text, didactics, images, and layout. You guide authors and manage external parties, such as freelance editors and designers; you assess their work and maintain communication. You monitor project schedules and budgets and adjust where necessary. You arrange image and video material, including rights and permissions. You set up digital products and ensure timely publication. You work closely with publishers and colleagues from Sales, Marketing, and Production, among others.   In this role, you are ultimately responsible for a smooth and high-quality production process. You work result-oriented and accurately, set the right priorities under time pressure, and take initiative where necessary. You are very digitally skilled, feel responsible for your projects, and function both independently and in a team. Quality, inclusion, and collaboration are at the core of our work.   Do you want to strengthen our team?
