Description

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Proven experience working with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress – you’re confident publishing, editing, and managing content directly in the platform.
  • Comfortable being hands-on with digital tools, and working independently across multiple platforms including Figma, Confluence, Asana.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for brand consistency, tone of voice, and user experience across all content.
  • Ability to write, edit, and proofread clear, engaging content that aligns with brand and sales objectives.
  • Confidence working in cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, design, product) and managing multiple content projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of digital content best practices, including SEO fundamentals.
  • Experience working with or understanding basic code (HTML/CSS/JSON) is highly preferred – enough to troubleshoot issues, format content, or communicate with developers effectively.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You’ll be at the heart of crafting written digital content that converts clicks into customers. From landing pages to product detail pages, you’ll shape compelling, persuasive written content that guides users seamlessly through the sales funnel. Your words will do more than inform—they’ll inspire action and bring the Origin brand to life across every digital touchpoint. This is a hands-on role where you’ll juggle multiple projects, fine-tune the customer content journey, and turn strategy into scroll-stopping storytelling. You’ll also be a guardian of content quality—ensuring everything we publish is clear, consistent, and on brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and deliver engaging, high-performing written content across digital sales channels, with a strong focus on onsite experiences.
  • Optimise written content throughout the sales funnel to drive engagement, improve conversion rates, and support customer acquisition goals.
  • Support the development of product and offer landing pages, ensuring content enhances the user journey and overall site effectiveness.
  • Ensure all written content reflects Origin’s brand tone of voice, maintaining clarity, consistency, and impact across all touchpoints.
  • Assist in content governance processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal standards.
  • Monitor content performance and contribute to ongoing optimisation efforts with a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset.
