POSITION OVERVIEW

Part of the Strategy and Impact team, the Continuous Improvement Team is responsible for the development of the consolidated Continuous Improvement priorities and roadmap for BDC. The team consists of subject matter experts acting as problem-solvers for the organization, prioritizing and addressing continuous improvement opportunities that will have the most impact on our client centricity and efficiency.
Reporting to the Director, Continuous Improvement, the Specialist is an expert working with cross functional teams to implement large-scale improvement transformations across the entire bank. Using lean six sigma methodologies, they participate in or lead current state findings workshops.
They gather and analyze information, formulate, and test various hypotheses. They develop and communicate recommendations to enable transformation strategies to realize sustainable business value. They provide business acumen to help frame strategic narratives and articulate the value of continuous improvement through storytelling, design thinking, innovative methodologies, and best practices.
