THE POSITION

Join our team as a Specialist in Cost and Profitability Accounting, where your expertise will shape the financial insights that drive our business forward. In this role, you’ll manage cost and profitability activities, handle month-end closing tasks, and prepare income statement for management. Reporting directly to the Head of Cost and Profitability Accounting, you’ll be an essential part of the Accounting to Reporting Services team. REQUIREMENTS

• With bachelor’s degree in accounting, or related business courses
• 1-2 years’ experience in Shared Services organization (Finance)
• SAP experience, preferably in CO Controlling Module (cost centers, WBS Elements, COPA cycles, Income Statement report, cost allocations)
• Must be amenable to work on shifting schedule (can work on night shift to support USA) and hybrid working environment
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills

• Handle Cost Accounting and Income Statement reporting inquiries and processing of requests from local counterparts, mainly controllers, within the defined SLAs.
• Execute period end closing: Month-end and Year-end via the Runbook/Blackline tool to fulfill the established KPIs.
• Support the Long-Term Forecast Planning/Budgeting process.
• Liaise and collaborate with other finance teams to resolve issues.
• Communicate with cross-center colleagues and Global Process Owners about process-related guidance or improvement.
