To provide timely and objective advice and counsel to Vanguard crew throughout their lifecycle with the organization, and to mitigate risk through the effective resolution of crew-related issues.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll coach leaders, facilitate conflict resolution and contribute to projects leveraging your expertise in employee relations and labor law. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of five years related work experience. Employee relations or employment law experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • HR professional certifications preferred. (SHRM CP)
Responsibilities
  • Provides support to crew and management in dealing with general crew issues.
  • Formulates and recommends program goals in all areas of crew relations to improve crew morale, motivation and satisfaction.
  • Maintains open communication between management and crew and serves as a mediator for problem resolution.
  • Coaches managers and crew on policies, programs and procedures and ensures adherence with organizational policy and labor law legislation.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
