• (Competitive & success) analysis and preparation in relation to consumer finance & payment services 
• Creation of reports for decision-making using various data sources
• Support and preparation of tenders
• Coordination between the individual stakeholders such as national subsidiaries, Legal/Data Privacy/IT Security/Store Processes, Tax, etc.
• Review, monitoring and further development of payment processes
• Initiation, monitoring and support of internal projects
• Support and implementation of digital processes together with external stakeholders
• Support in cooperation and coordination with the national companies

profile

• Successfully completed studies in economics/banking/commercial training in trade or comparable qualification
• Experience in the retail environment (both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce) or in the design of sales and booking processes
• Knowledge of process design and project management is an advantage.
• Knowledge of consumer finance/credit types/card business/BNPL services is an advantage. 
• German / English in spoken and written form
• Advanced knowledge in the use of databases
• Learning ability with regard to new products or further development of existing solutions
