You will become a specialist in Dell Technologies products, solutions and capabilities, experimenting with new innovations and discussing established methodologies with your team.You will: Manage and resolve a variety of customer issues through multiple communication channelsIncrease customer satisfaction and build loyalty through outstanding personalized support, adhering to the administrative policies and proceduresAssist leadership in effectively improving the overall service levels provided to the customerProvide mentorship and direction to other team members where requiredTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
