The role reports directly to Head of Identity Access Management and will be part of 10 team members. What does Specialist Cyber Security - IAM, PAM Planning and Delivery do? Develop, implement, and maintain IAM and PAM policies and procedures to ensure secure access to systems and data Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls across various systems and applications Monitor and audit IAM and PAM systems to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations Collaborate with IT and Telco teams to integrate IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions with existing systems Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM and PAM-related issues Conduct regular access reviews and certifications to ensure appropriate access levels Plan and execute IAM and PAM projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and security standards Sell IAM and PAM solutions as a service to B2B customers, demonstrating the value and benefits of our offerings Maintain and strengthen relationships with business teams and B2B customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded Stay updated on the latest IAM and PAM technologies and best practices Strive for continuous improvement in processes/workflows Responsible to train L1 and L2 resources to manage IAM and PAM operations. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Identity management area Strong knowledge of IAM technologies such as Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, and others Expertise in PAM solutions and tools like KRON, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar Experience with IAM tools like OneIdentity, Ping, Okta, ForgeRock, or similar Familiarity with security standards and protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) Knowledge on Active Directory, Kerberos, LDAP, OAUTH 2.0, OpenID Connect, 2FA Provide just-in-time privileged access to Azure AD and Azure resources via IAM Proven experience in selling technical solutions to B2B customers Knowledge of API integrations i.e REST and SOAP Any vendor experience of integration/rollout with IAM /PAM /SSO will be a plus Provisioning of applications via APIs (REST and SOAP) Understanding of various Databases and their clients provisioning via PAM solution Network and server hardening understanding for new deployments Experience on JIRA/ServiceNow platform workflow design will be an advantage VA and Patch management know how, for windows and linux servers Knowledge of Network, databases, windows and Linux Perform User administrations of OS, APP, DB Analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills Relevant certifications to identity and access management would be a plus Experience with IAM and PAM solutions and integrations Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards Why join JazzWorld?
