Role Overview The Specialist Business Analyst focuses on translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and ensuring the solutions realize the intended business value. Solutions are delivered in our ServiceNow Security platform The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis experience, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global environment. What will you do in this role Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, and to define and document requirements. Develop business use cases and process models for new and enhanced solutions. Support demand management, prioritization discussions, and trade-off decisions. Collaborate with solution delivery teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and successfully implemented. Document current- and future-state business processes, information flows, and performance metrics Ensure compliance with validation standards, our System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and other applicable policies. Support business continuity activities and participate in internal and external audits and compliance reviews. Provide day-to-day support for service requests and support system releases, including occasional weekend work. What should you have Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any Technology stream Minimum of 3 years of experience in business requirements analysis and/or business process engineering Experience using ServiceNow or similar platform Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization. Minimum degree required; concentration in one of the following fields is preferred: Cybersecurity Computer Science Engineering or Science Management/Computer Information Systems Preferred Qualifications Experience with ServiceNow Security Operations modules. Knowledge of one or more cyber/workflow enablement processes, such as Audit, Risk, Vendor, Compliance, Incident, or Control Management. At least 3 years of experience supporting cybersecurity business processes within the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry. Experience with SDLC documentation, change management, and Agile concepts. Experience supporting regulated GxP IT systems. Strong facilitation, process mapping, and workshop leadership skills.
