Protect and Govern: Define and enforce governance standards, from naming conventions and version control to rights management, ensuring every asset meets brand, legal, and licensing standards. Enable and Empower: Manage user access, train teams, and develop onboarding experiences that encourage adoption and self-service. Template Champion: Collaborate with the creatives to build and maintain branded templates that keep quality high and workflows fast. Optimize Requests: Evaluate creative needs and identify opportunities to fulfil them through existing assets or scalable DAM solutions, turning repeat requests into effortless workflows. Creative Studio Operations Tech Stewardship: Oversee the creative tech stack, ensuring seamless integration, adoption, and evolution in line with business needs. Qualifications To land this role you will need: Experience: Experience in a Creative Operations role, combined with hands-on experience managing an enterprise-level DAM system. Technical Proficiency: Expertise with DAM platforms (e.g., Bynder, Brandfolder, Adobe AEM) and creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Jira). Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational ability, attention to detail, and a process-oriented mindset. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying and removing workflow inefficiencies. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Information Science, or a related field. Working environment: Permanent, full-time, 4 days per week in office.
