Description
As the Specialist - Data Governance, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital transformation and service improvement initiatives within the organization. Your primary focus will be on implementing and optimizing service management processes, working closely with the Digital Governance and Technology Management teams. You will be responsible for designing and documenting policies and procedures related to incident, request, problem, change, release, knowledge, configuration, and service continuity management.
