Job Description Create weekly replenishment plans on a supplier level based on inventory parameters, actual sell-out, and planned forecast Participate in S&OP forecast meetings Calculate a proper supply plan based on generated demand forecast Prepare and update monthly and weekly supply planning files and KPI reports based on actuals Maintain healthy inventory in DC and store based on target days cover Closely work with demand planning specialist to drive adjustments on plan Monitor supplier issues and escalate as necessary to ensure availability Identify slow-moving SKUs and flag to stakeholders to drive action Identify SKUs with inventory with no-movement for the past 28 days Work with inventory controller on identifying stocks for balancing across warehouses Own the category group by being on-top of issues related to overall S&OP especially in ordering and availability Be able to work cross-functionally to assist in projects, drive action, or resolve issues Other tasks that may be relevant to the function Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Economics, or any relatable specialization Between 1-2 years work-related experience in demand or supply planning Experience with FMCG/grocery retailers is a plus Experience in demand planning for online marketplaces or e-commerce is a plus Analytical mind and business acumen with ability to work with large amounts of data to discover patterns and trends and to form conclusions based on findings.
