ROLE DESCRIPTION: The Design Finance & Operations Coordinator is responsible for financial governance, budget tracking, and operational process control across the Design department. This role requires someone who can operate with agility in a fast‑paced business environment, making quick decisions and taking rapid action to support evolving priorities. The role ensures accurate tracking and reporting, strong cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement in financial and operational processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial Tracking and Reporting – support on yearly and monthly forecasts and closings, yearly budgeting cycle and internal Design reporting. Development and updates of business planning tools such as PowerBI dashboards to support fast decision-making through live reporting. Coordinate inputs and reporting of outputs with senior stakeholders across the Design department alongside central finance stakeholders.Procurement and Coordination – Support Design procurement processes on PRs, RfPs, TERs, nominations, and contracts signature. Ensure compliance with approval workflows as per internal CEER processes. Support supplier discovery and development efforts where relevant.Operational Process Management – Coordinate with logistics team on logistics requirements for the Design department such as import certificates, customs clearance, and exemptions. Strategic Improvement & Automation - Identify workflow / process gaps and drive process improvement initiatives. Support automation efforts within the department. TECHNICAL SKILLS:Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)Finance OperationsStrong Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivots, automation basics)Strong experience in PowerBI and PowerBI QueryExperience with ERP/financial systemsFamiliar with procurement tools SOFT SKILLS: Stakeholder alignment and communicationContinuous improvement mindsetData-driven decision makingTakes full responsibility for processes end-to-end Education:Bachelor in business administration Experience:2-4 Years Of Experinance
