With the support of the band 7 dietitian team lead you will provide the dietetic service within this MDT and will help to develop the wider MDT to be skilled and knowledgeable in the early identification of key nutritional problems and good nutritional care. Dual based at Horton Park, Bradford and Meridian House, Keighley, you will be required to work within patients homes and across a range of community locations in Bradford and Airedale The post holder will be expected to participate fully in the training of B and C Placement student dietitians. We are looking to recruit a dietitian with a broad dietetic knowledge base, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a demanding caseload. Applicants must be HCPC registered dietitians, who have obtained relevant clinical dietetic experience, and who are car drivers with access to a car.* *Reasonable adjustments will be made where necessary
